QA/QC Introduction

Our Quality Testing Department works in a thorough and effective manner observing and inspecting goods from the moment they enter the premises to their final release for dispatch. We have several control measures in place, so designed to ensure all aspects of the product meet our strict standards. Moreover, we have highly responsible individuals occupying supervisory positions to enforce these measures.

In addition to the personnel in the department, there is a range of advanced inspection equipment assisting us to control and maintain product quality at every stage of production. One such piece of equipment is our ISV-5, which is able to test the weight bearing pressure of the goods we manufacture. This apparatus functions using the comparative principles of electronic pulse waves, making it a high precision testing device. Its remarkable functioning has improved above all the accuracy of our measurements and data collection. It represents one of the several special-purpose detection instruments we possess at present.

The company does its utmost to reach the highest standards for our contactors, constantly pushing the parameters ever higher. Developments in the department mean we can now achieve test measurement precision down to 0.01mm on a slide caliper rule.
